  1. 01What we collectWhen you contact us we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address and anything you write about your project. Our website does not use advertising trackers.
  2. 02How we use itTo reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to run your project. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  3. 03Who we share it withOnly the people needed to deliver your project: our own team and, with your knowledge, the workshop and site partners working on it.
  4. 04How long we keep itEnquiry details are kept for up to two years. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and reference.
  5. 05Your choicesWrite to hello@prettyhouse.in at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
