Terms of engagement

  1. 01Proposals and feesEvery engagement begins with a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and fees. Prices shown on this site are starting points, exclusive of applicable taxes, and are confirmed in the proposal.
  2. 02Design ownershipDrawings, visualisations and specifications remain the intellectual property of theprettyhouse. On full payment you receive a licence to use them for the project they were prepared for.
  3. 03Changes and timelinesTimelines in a proposal are estimates. Changes to scope after approval may affect cost and schedule; we will always confirm both in writing before proceeding.
  4. 04PhotographyWe may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We will ask before publishing, and we never disclose a client’s address or identity without consent.
  5. 05Website contentText, imagery and design on this site belong to theprettyhouse and may not be reproduced without permission. Reference imagery is credited where known.
