- The Dar NaimResidential · Apartment & terrace · Completed A family apartment with a terrace garden and glass house: living and dining, master, kid’s and guest bedrooms. Soft textures, terracotta accents and a minimalist mandir, presented as room-by-room concept boards with two options for each bedroom.
- The Loft HouseResidential · 1,150 sq ft · Completed A ground-up rebuild: a European-style loft with clean lines, hidden storage in every spare inch and an all-black kitchen. A two-bedroom plan became three bedrooms and a study, and the keys were handed over in seven months.
- Villa GrandeurBungalow · Ongoing A three-storey bungalow where minimalism makes a bold statement. An exposed façade, rough textures, wood and terracotta outside; quiet luxury and bespoke furniture within.
- Thunder HouseAirbnb · Concept Designed for a competition run by Airbnb’s OMG! Fund. Quirky modern architecture in earthy material: terracotta walls, Kota tiling and Warli art given a modern twist.
